Terms & Conditions

1. All orders placed with Radium Systems are subject by the purchaser to acceptance of our terms & conditions set out below.
2. All goods ordered are subject to stock availability and acceptance of your order by ourselves.
3. Radium Systems are under no obligation to fulfil an order and accepts no responsibility for loss caused should the item become out of stock or no longer available or the credit card information given does not check out using our Credit Card Checking facilities. If we are unable to fulfil your order for whatever reason you will be notified by email or phone. No payment will be taken.
4. It is not possible to reserve any of the products featured on our website or place a deposit unless an application is sent by email and is accepted by ourselves.
5. All prices are based in sterling and are subject to VAT at 17.5% plus carriage charges as quoted by our Sales Representatives.
6. Goods are only dispatched upon receipt of cleared funds.

Cancellation of Your Order

1. Upon acceptance of your order, cancellation of your order will only be accepted prior to the goods being dispatched from our warehouse.
2. Returned items must be returned carriage paid within 48 hours upon notification. They must be complete, unused and in the exact same condition as originally shipped.
3. Where goods have been returned in used condition a 20% restocking fee will apply.
4. All goods will be refunded within 30 days of your notification of cancellation of your order.
5. All goods sold via Mail Order are sold in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Warranties

1. Unless otherwise stated, all new and boxed products contain their own manufacturers warranty, which may vary between manufacturer. Where there is a manufacturers warranty set out in the product documentation then the warranty will remain with the manufacturer and therefore the purchaser will deal directly with the manufacturer or one of their authorised service centres. Radium Systems accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred when dealing with the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms.
2. If there is no manufacturers warranty, goods carry a 30 day return to base warranty.  Should your goods develop a fault within the first 7 days of purchase, please contact our Sales Department.
3. Items which are subject to wear & tear eg. printer cartridges, batteries, etc. and other faults caused by accident, neglect and misuse eg. broken hinges, screen catches & smashed screens or any broken plastic parts are not covered
4. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
